Loading machine has four arms, which are two long arms and two short arms. Two long arms are equipped with arm channel and automatic cleaning system. The four arms through the rotating device of the loading machine rotate around the center support, and at the same time loading machine also go along the center support of two guidekeys up and down through the lifting system. Loading and unloading machine, is main machine of the flat bottom steeping tank, the main functions are spreading out materials on level as well as material discharging.

Pipeline bracket installed in loader lifting body primary fixed surface, ensure energy supply of unloading machine, as well as the high pressure pipe fixed for automatic washing.

Center support is installed on the down support structure.

Sieve plate device is installed on the sieve plate support structure. At the same time, the hoisting points hidden on the sieve plate device can be hoisted up step by step through the wire rope hanging in loader arm, thus proceeding the washing down the sieve plate.

Center discharging device and ventilation device is located under the sieve plate support structure. Overflow device, airtight door and watertight door are separately placed on the wall of the flat bottom steeping tank.
